After our initial discovery call to see if we’re a good team, an contract agreement and 25% deposit must be signed before beginning any building and design services.

Within 8-10 business days, the first blueprint design will showcase the breakdown in which there are 3 revisions that can be done before finalizing.

Outstanding balances are due.

Progress Check-ins

Before and After photos/videos will be documented to send to you virtually. Or we can schedule a Facetime tour if you’re unable to make it in-person to your site. However, progress check-ins will be always be sent via text message/email.

Congratulations! We’re at the finish line, one last final walk through to ensure everything is up to standards.

Optional Next Steps:

  1. Schedule our trusted professional cleaning crew to professionally clean for move-in $1000.00/6 hours, or on your own.

  2. Schedule photographer/videographer to document with/without staging furniture.

  3. Schedule move-in date

  4. Final inspection with city officials

Nearing Finish Line

Once we get final sign-off approval and outstanding balances paid for materials, then we begin scheduling for debris collection and breaking ground.
